RB 736 - Invalid check-in/check-out date

This RB occurs on the Tranz 380 Hotel application when the check-out date is manually entered incorrectly (prior to check-in, or the same day for AMEX).

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid Stay Duration.

  1. Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

f the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
