RB 738 - Invalid departure date

Departure Date is a six-digit field used for hotel applications. The system validates that the departure date corresponds with the following date format:

MM must be 1-12
DD must be 1-31
YY must be the current year

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid departure date.

Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
