RB P11 - Invalid terminal identification number

Terminal Identification Number is an eight-digit field, defined by the terminal download support organization.

This field must be numeric and cannot contain all zeros.
This number is used to identify the terminal to the terminal support systems, but may not be a unique number.
The system validates the terminal identification number within the VISA system.

Solutions

Incorrect terminal identification number in the download file.

The terminal data for this field may be corrupt.

Verify the terminal identification number in the terminal.

If valid, retain the batch and re-transmit.
If invalid, correct the terminal identification number in the terminal and re-transmit.
