Selecting the Offline Reports menu option opens the Offline Reports list. This allows you to save offline reports to your computer, or delete them.
If you attempt to run a report that might impact the system response time (for example, a very large report), the system may prompt you that the report cannot be generated online and provide the option for you to submit the report for offline processing.
If you do so, the report will appear in the Offline Reports list as soon as it is processed. The report will remain available for download on this list for five calendar days. Once downloaded, the report will no longer be available.
