On the EMV Fallback Report, this column lists the number of Card Fallback occurrences for each date/BIN/merchant listed.
A Card Fallback, also known as an Empty Candidate Fallback, indicates an EMV enabled terminal application was unable to find an Application ID (AID) that matched an AID supported by the chip card.
