Encryption Indicator

Indicates the encryption vendor, if the terminal is participating in encryption. Options include:

• T: TDES
• V: Voltage
• P: P2PE (Point to Point Encryption). If this option is selected, the Alt. Manufacturer, Alt. Model, and (on the Terminal Details page) Serial Number must be entered for successful authentication and decryption.
• N: NESA (Non-Listed Encryption Solution Assessment). If this option is selected, the Alt. Manufacturer, Alt. Model, and (on the Terminal Details page) Serial Number must be entered for successful authentication and decryption.
