SDR Errors Report

This report lists merchants that received an error on a PIN-based return due to their Selective Debit Reject (SDR) threshold configuration.

Select the Bin and Date, enter a Merchant ID if required, and then select the refresh icon .

The report provides information on each SDR error in these columns:

• BIN

  A six-digit number that identifies a client bank. A BIN is assigned by TSYS Acquiring Solutions and is the highest level of the front-end hierarchy. The front-end hierarchy is used by TSYS Acquiring Solutions to route an authorization or batch to the correct acquirer. BINS contain agents, the second level of the front-end hierarchy.

• Merchant ID
• Store

  A four-digit number that identifies a merchant location. Store is the fifth level of the front-end hierarchy. They contain Terminals and roll up into Merchants. If a merchant has only one location, the Store number should be 0001.

• Term

  The terminal number.

• Merchant Name
• MCC

  The Merchant Category Code, which indicates the merchant's industry.
