Possible values are:

• (Blank): This indicates the merchant's threshold value is based on the SDR BIN threshold value for the associated BIN on the BIN Setup page.

  Note: If the Debit Return Threshold and EBT Return Threshold fields for the associated BIN are blank, the SDR fields for the merchant are rendered unavailable; this indicates that the merchant is not participating in SDR.

• 00000: This indicates all EBT returns are not allowed. Attempts for returns will be rejected at the time of authorization.
• 00001-99999: This indicates the dollar amount up to which EBT returns are allowed.
