If you attempt to run a report that might impact the system response time—a large report, for example—a message opens indicating the report cannot be generated online and offering the option to submit the report for offline processing.
If you opt to run the report offline, it appears in the Offline Report list as soon as it is processed, and remains there available for download for five calendar days. Once downloaded, the report is no longer be available.
To view offline reports, select Offline Report from the menu bar.
