Depending upon security group and user permissions, users can add, update, and delete CBOS users and security groups from the User Administration page.
To access the User Administration menu:
From the Admin menu, select User Admin.
The User Administration menu opens.
The Add a User page opens.
Ensure I want to create a new User is selected, and then select Continue.
The Add a User - General Information page opens.
Enter values for required fields and optional fields, as needed.
The Add a User - Access Level page opens.
Enter values for required fields and optional fields, as needed.
