Searching the Work Queue

Users can search for a work item in the work queue list by filtering on work item type, work queue, status, and more. Work items can then be opened or modified, and action items within the work item can also be modified.

To search for a work item:

1. From the list of work items displayed, select Show The Filter Options.

   

   The work queue section expands to display the filter options:

   

2. Select the filter options, and then select Apply.

   A list of work items meeting the criteria displays.

3. Select the merchant name in the DBA Name column for the work item to be viewed.

   That merchant is brought into context and the Work Item Detail displays in the lower part of the Merchant Summary tab.
