Retrieval Requests

Select this link to run the Group Retrieval Requests report.

Follow these steps to view more detailed information:

1. To view retrieval requests for a specific association, select an association ID in the Association ID column.

   The Association Retrieval Requests page for that association opens.

2. To view a Retrieval Request Summary report for a specific merchant, select a merchant ID in the Merchant ID column.

   The Retrieval Requests page for that merchant opens. There are two columns on this page: Visa Retrievals and MasterCard Retrievals.

3. Select an Amount under Visa Retrievals or MasterCard Retrievals to open the appropriate detail.
4. Select a Consumer Account Number to display the detail for the transactions.
5. To return to the previous pages, select Back to Retrieval Requests, Back to Association Retrieval Requests, and then Back to Group Retrieval Requests.
