From the Links menu, select Work Queue, and then select Work Queue Management.
The Work Queue Management page opens.
Select Manage Round Robin Groups.
The Manage Round Robin Groups page opens.
Select Add Round Robin Group.
The page refreshes to include the input fields to create a new round robin group.
Assign the required queues and work item types to the round robin group:
For each queue you want to assign to the round robin group, select it in the Available Queue(s) list and select the Add >> button to move it into the Assigned Queue(s) list.
For each queue you want to remove from the round robin group, select it in the Assigned Queue(s) list and select the << Remove button to move it into the Available Queue(s) list.
For each work item type you want to assign to the round robin group, select it in the Available Work Item Type(s) list and select the Add >> button to move it into the Assigned Work Item Type(s) list.
For each work item type you want to remove from the round robin group, select it in the Assigned Work Item Type(s) list and select the << Remove button to move it into the Available Work Item Type(s) list.
