Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Start Date: Click the Calendar icon and select the appropriate date.
End Date: Click the Calendar icon and select the appropriate date. This field is not required; however, if you do not enter a date, the system will populate the same date as entered in the start date field.
Bank Number: If you have more than one bank number, select the appropriate bank number from the drop down list.
Group/Association Number: Type the group or association number in the text box. This is a required field if Group/Association Number is selected as the Research Type.
Merchant Number: Type the 15-digit merchant number or click Search to perform a merchant lookup. This is a required field if Merchant Number is selected as the Research Type.
Note: The merchant names and numbers displayed in the Merchant Lookup scroll box are dependent upon your user role and profile.
Operator ID: Type the Operator ID in the text box. This is a required field if Operator is selected as the Research Type.
Function: Select the appropriate Function from the drop down list.
Activity Type: Select All, New Activity, or Maintenance Activity from the drop down list.
The Online Activity detail page lists information in these sections:
Online Activity Search Criteria: start date, end date, bank number, function code, bank level, association level, merchant level, operator ID, and activity type.
Note: Based upon the Research Type selected on the Online Activity Query page, an X will display next to the field name to identify the type you have selected.
Online Activity Listing: date, account number, old value, new value, function code, field description, operator ID, time (eastern standard).
