Customizing Reports
The portfolio reports display information that is pertinent to the report filter criteria. You can, however, customize your view of the report data by removing some of the data from view.
Important: You cannot save a customized view. You must customize the view each time you generate a report.
You can customize a report before or after generating it:
Customize a report before generating
- After selecting the report filter criteria on the Portfolio Reporting page, click Customize.
The report page appears, displaying the report filter criteria and the columns of data that will be included. All columns of data are selected.
- In the Select Columns to Display on the Report area, clear the check boxes for the columns that you do not want to view.
- Click Generate Report.
Customize a report after generating
- On the report page, click Modify View.
The report page refreshes, displaying the report filter criteria and the columns of data that are included.
- In the Select Columns to Display on the Report area, clear the check boxes for the columns that you do not want to view.
- Click Generate Report.
