Searching for data entities
You can search for the following data entities to use as report filter criteria:
Association ID
- On any Portfolio Reporting page that includes the Association ID field, click Look Up.
The Association Search page opens.
- In the Enter Association Name field, enter at least three characters of the association name, and then click Search.
The page refreshes to list the associations meeting your criteria.
- Click the required Association Name to return to the Portfolio Reporting page with the Association ID field populated accordingly.
Merchant ID
- On any Portfolio Reporting page that includes the Merchant ID field, click Look Up.
The Merchant Search page opens.
- In the Enter Merchant Name field, enter at least three characters of the merchant name, and then click Search.
The page refreshes listing the merchant records meeting your criteria.
- Click the required Merchant Name to return to the Portfolio Reporting page with the Merchant ID field populated accordingly.
SIC Code
- On any Portfolio Reporting page that includes the SIC Code field, click Look Up.
The SIC Code Search page opens.
- In the Enter SIC Code Name field, enter at least three characters of the SIC code name, and then click Search.
The page refreshes to list the SIC codes meeting your criteria.
- Click the required SIC Code Name to return to the Portfolio Reporting page with the SIC Code field populated accordingly.
Group ID
- On any Portfolio Reporting page that includes the Group Name field, click Look Up.
The Group Search page opens.
- In the Enter Group Name field, enter at least three characters of the group name, and then click Search.
The page refreshes to list the groups meeting your criteria.
- Click the required Group Name to return to the Portfolio Reporting page appears with the Group ID field populated accordingly.
