About Reserve Funding

The Reserve Funding module enables you to reserve a percentage or flat dollar amount of funds from a merchant’s deposits. You can manage reserved funds for participating merchants and establish new merchants on Reserve Funding.

Note: For consistency, all time stamp (date and time) occurrences on the Reserve Funding screens and reports are represented as Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The functions available in the Reserve Funding module allow you to:

• Search for merchants.
• Manage Reserve Funding for merchants.
• Manage Rolling Reserve Activity for merchants.
• Record One Time Reserve and Release Balance Adjustments for merchants.
• Transfer funds on reserve for a merchant.
• Maintain Bank Defaults.
• Manage Reserve and Release IDs.
• Generate reports.
