Reserve Amount # (One Time Reserve)

The amount of funds to be withdrawn, as a one-time action, from the merchant's DDA account, regardless of the merchant's deposit.

You can set up to 20 reserve amounts, so that funds will be reserved for the merchant even if the total is not met:

1. In the Reserve Amount 1 field, enter the first reserve amount, and then click the add button to refresh the box so that the Reserve Amount 2 field appears, and enter the second reserve amount, and so on.
2. To remove a reserve amount, click its adjacent delete button .

   The Total Amount field shows the total of the reserve amounts set for the merchant.

Note: The Reserve Ceiling The maximum threshold amount specified for the reserve account. Once this maximum amount is reached, no more funds will be reserved. The value can be set either in a bank-level Reserve ID An ID, unique by Bank, to identify bank-level Reserve settings, that can be assigned to merchants. or as a merchant-level Reserve Setting. does not apply to this action. Each reserve amount will be reserved in full.

Note: The amount or percentage of funds you are able to release or reserve may be controlled by your system administrator.
