Log on to the e-Connections Portal with MFA

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an extra layer of protection for your account credentials and business data. In addition to your account password, it verifies your user identity with a unique verification code which is sent to you every time you log on to e-Connections.

  1. Open your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, or Google Chrome) and then enter the URL that corresponds to the location of your organization's e-Connections installation.

    The e-Connections login page opens.

  2. Enter your User Name and Password, and then select Log On.

The Request verification code page opens prompting you for the one-time code.

  3. Select Send me the code.

The Enter verification code page opens and the one-time verification code is sent to your registered email address.

Note: The one-time verification code will expire 20 minutes after you request it.

  4. On the Enter verification code page, enter the Verification code from the email, and then select Verify.

The e-Connections Portal home page or CBOS application opens.
