Important: If this is the first time users have logged in since 11/8, the user will need to click on the "Having trouble with your User Name/Password" option to help prompt resetting the password to the new 16 character requirement. This change went into effect November 8th. Once passwords are reset to 16 characters, users will be able to use those new passwords.
