MMS Updates

1. Open a Request.
2. On the Terminal Profile screen, delete the American Express Card Range.
3. On the Merchant Hierarchy Level screen, change the OptBlue flag to N.
4. On the Request screen, change the Amex SE number to the merchant’s new SE number.
5. On the Terminal Profile screen, re-enter the American Express Card Range and it will automatically populate the Voice ID and update the SE number information.

Note: The steps to convert from OptBlue to ESA need to be performed for all terminals under that matching BIN/Merchant combination.
