If this panel appears (this happens if you select VAO - OLA FULL DLL INSTALL, PARTIAL SERVICE, BANK OWNED EQUIPMENT or VNO - OLA STAGE ONLY BUILD, NO HELP DESK SUPPORT, BANK OWNED EQUIPMENT in the Service Level field on the Terminal Information panel), enter information in these fields:

• Company Name: The manufacturer's name of the POS device.
• Product Name: The model name of the POS device.
• Product Version: The software application version downloaded to the POS device.
