Enter the month in MM/YYYY format when the message should start appearing on bank statements.

For example, if you enter 01/YYYY (for January of the specified year), even if that is the current month, the message will appear on all subsequent bank statements dated January of the specified year, and will continue to appear on statements dated until the end of the month specified in the Expiration Date (MM/YYYY) field.
