Configure system options (Group/Association System Options)

You can configure a group or association's system options using the Group/Association System Options page. System options include statement settings, rebate settings, cycle dates, and billing dates.

To configure/update a group or association's system options:

  1. Perform an Advanced Search to display the Group Summary or Association Summary page for the group or association whose system options you want to configure.

  2. From the Group Quick Links, select the Group System Options link.

    -or-

    From the Association Quick Links, select Association System Options link.

    The Group System Options page or the Association System Options opens.

  3. Select Edit.
  4. Edit the group or association system options in the fields provided as follows; fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory:

    Statement Options

    Other Options

    Merchant Tax Reporting

    Backup Withholding Balances

    Backup Withholding Settings

    Note: The following fields are only available if the Merchant's Bank is configured to participate in Backup Withholding and you have the sufficient user privileges.

    Dates

    MTR Filer Information: Values in these fields are provided for information and cannot be edited. If you require any values to be changed, submit a project request via your Relationship Manager.

    MTR Filer Information - Consumer ACH: If you are set up for Consumer ACH, this panel provides the additional required filer information for Consumer ACH transactions, so you can report Consumer ACH transactions to the IRS separately from card brand transactions (Visa, Mastercard, etc).

    Values in these fields are provided for information and cannot be edited. If you require any values to be changed, submit a project request via your Relationship Manager.

  5. Click Validate.
