Possible cause

Solution

On Hypercom Hotel Software:

The Process Credits/Refunds Offline fields in the MMS file are set to N.
  1. On the Hypercard screen for all card ranges, set the Process Refunds Offline field to Y.
  2. On the Terminal Config screen (located in the Misc drop down menu), set the Process Credits Offline field to Y.
  3. Initialize the terminal and retry the batch transmit.
