Possible Causes

Solution

The Level 3 Line item count or ACH routing number is invalid.
  1. Retain the batch.
  2. Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
  3. Perform an offline sale to put the transaction back in the terminal.
  4. Transmit the batch.
