Changing the View

You can use the Change View option to view summary data from an acquirer, agent, chain, or merchant perspective. To do this:

1. Click Profile on the global navigation menu ribbon to display the drop-down list.
2. Click Change View.

The following figure shows the Profile drop-down list and the Change View option:

The Change View page displays, as shown in the following graphic:

1. If you have more than one BIN, select the BIN number from the BIN ID list.
2. Type the ID into the Agent ID, Chain ID, or Merchant ID fields, as required, depending upon the user level you want to view.

   -or-

   If you do not know the ID or exact name, type the first three letters of the name and click Look Up.

   When the matches display in the browser, make a selection.

3. Click Change View.

   The screen you last accessed displays, along with the agent, chain, or merchant view you changed.
