RB 003 - Blocking factor exceeds max allowed

Only five digits are allowed per block. For this rejected batch, review the following table for possible cause and solution:

Corrupted batch
  1. Delete the batch.
  2. Offline two transactions into the terminal.
  3. Transmit to ensure the error does not persist:
  4. If the transmit is successful, offline the rest of the transactions into the terminal and transmit the batch.
  5. If the transmit is not successful, re-program the terminal.

Corrupted programming

Re-program the terminal.

Note: If the problem does not resolve following a reprogramming, escalate the issue to research.
