RB 002 - Records blocked content does not correspond with record length

For this rejected batch, review the following table for possible cause and solution:

Corrupted batch
  1. Delete the batch.
  2. Offline two transactions into the terminal.
  3. Transmit to ensure the error does not persist
  4. If the transmit is successful, offline the rest of the transactions into the terminal and transmit the batch.
  5. If the transmit is not successful, re-program the terminal.

Corrupted programming

Re-program the terminal.

Note: If the problem does not resolve following a reprogramming, escalate the issue to research.
