RB 09/209/405/A05/B05/G05/H05 - Non-numeric terminal number

Terminal Number is a four-digit field that must be in numeric format and cannot contain all zeros. This number is assigned by the member to uniquely identify the terminal number from the member system. The system validates the terminal number in conjunction with the hierarchical order of BIN, agent, chain, merchant, and store number within the Visa system.

For this rejected batch, review the following table for possible cause and solution:

Correct the terminal number in the download file, and then perform a download to update the terminal and re-transmit.
