RB 207/E07 - Non-numeric or all zeros merchant number

Merchant Number is a 12-digit field that must be in numeric format and cannot contain all zeros. This number is assigned by the member to uniquely identify the merchant from the member system. The system validates the merchant number in the BIN table, along with the hierarchical order of BIN, agent, chain, and store numbers defined in the BIN key in the BIN profile.

Re-transmit the batch.

The merchant number in the download file is not 12 digits.

Edit the download file to match MMS and perform a partial download.

The merchant number in the terminal is not 12 digits.

Verify the correct 12-digit merchant number and edit the terminal programming.
