RB 206/E06 - Non-numeric or all zeros batch number

Batch Number is a three-digit field containing a batch sequence number generated by the terminal. The format of this field is numeric and must be 001-999.

This field is used by the system to identify the batches transmitted
The system validates the data element type and length of this field
