RB 406/A06/B06/G06/H06 - Batch transaction date is a four digit field

The date format is MMDD and must be numeric. The TSYS system validates the Transaction Date field corresponds with the following format:

Possible Cause

Solution

The transaction date is not in the format MMDD or is invalid.
  1. Delete (void) transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Verify and correct the date in the term.
  3. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete (void) feature is not available, delete the batch and offline all transactions, along with corrected transaction and re-transmit.
