RB 410/A10/B10/G10/H10 - Transaction amount is a twelve digit field

This field is presented in the terminal as right-justified and zero-filled. The terminal does not indicate the decimal position of this field. This field must be numeric and may not be more than 99,999.99 in value. The system validates the data element type and length of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

Transaction Amount not numeric or greater than 99,999.99.
  1. Delete (void) the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete (void) feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
