RB 410/A10/B10/G10/H10 - Transaction Amount is a Twelve Digit Field

This field is presented in the terminal as right-justified and zero filled. The terminal does not indicate the decimal position of this field. This field should be in numeric format and may not be more than 99,999.99 in value. Sierra validates the data element type and length of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

Transaction Amount not numeric or greater than 99,999.99.
  1. Delete/void the transaction that invoked an RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

Note: If the delete/void feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
