RB 755 - Invalid service indicator

Payment Service Indicator is a one-character, alphanumeric field that contains the Service Indicator value returned in the authorization response for transactions. The system validates the use of the service indicator for the PS2K application with the following format:

Y is set in the Service Indicator field for request validation on REPS transactions.
A is received in the message response if the transaction request is approved.
N is received in the message response if the transaction request is not approved.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid Service Indicator.

Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
