RB 915 - Transaction time is not zero or not in format HHMM

Transaction Time is a six-digit field indicating the exact time the transaction is performed. This field is generated by the terminal. The system validates that the transaction time corresponds with the following format:

Hour must be 00- 23
Minutes must be 00-59

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid transaction time.

Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
