RB 917 - Invalid AVS code

AVS Code is a one-character, alphanumeric field. The AVS code is an address verification code used to verify cardholder identification for mail order transactions.

Possible Cause

Solution

Invalid AVS code

Delete (void) the transaction that caused the RB.
Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete (void) feature is not available, delete the batch, offline the corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
