RB B18/C18/G18/H18 - Invalid response code

Authorization Response Code is a two-character, alphanumeric field indicating the code returned by authorization system for transaction authorization requests. The system validates the data element type of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid response code.
  1. Delete (void) the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete (void) feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
