RB D08 - Invalid cardholder account data source code

Cardholder Account Data Source Code is a one-character, alphanumeric field indicating the source of the customer data for a transaction. The value used in this field must be the same as the one supplied in the Authorization Request Message.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid authorization transaction code.
  1. Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.

The system validates that the Cardholder Account Data Source Code corresponds to the following format:
