RB D47 - Passenger name invalid or contains a space in the first character position

Passenger Name is a 20-character, alphanumeric field that cannot contain a space in the first character position.

Note: The Passenger Name field is required to qualify for CPS/Passenger Transport.

The system validates the data type element and length of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid passenger name
  1. Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

f the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
