RB D46 - Ticket number incorrect

Ticket Number is a 13-character,alphanumeric field that is used to report the ticket identifier (carrier code + ticket number).

Note: The Ticket Number field is required to qualify for CPS/Passenger Transport.

The system validates that the Ticket Number field corresponds to a cccnnnnnnnnnn format, where ccc represents the Carrier Code and nnnnnnnnn represents the ticket number.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid ticket number
  1. Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

f the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
