RB D49 - Origination city/airport code incorrect

Origination City/Airport Code is a three-character, alphanumeric field that must contain either the origination city code or the airport code letters. The system validates the data element type of this field.

Note: The entry cannot contain all spaces or zeros. The Origination City/Airport code is a required field to qualify for CPS/Passenger Transport.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid origination city/airport code.

  1. Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
