RB K06 - Acquirer BIN number non-numeric, not in BIN table, or contains all zeros

Acquirer BIN Number is a six-digit field that must be in numeric format, cannot contain all zeros, and must have the same value as the number used in the authorization request.

The acquirer BIN number is VISA-assigned and identifies the member that signed the merchant using the terminal. The merchant receives the BIN from its signing member or processor. The system validates the acquirer BIN in the BIN table, along with the hierarchical order of agent, chain, merchant, store, and terminal numbers defined in the BIN key in the BIN profile.
