RB K14 - Invalid language indicator

Language Indicator is a two-character, alphanumeric field designating the language to use for the Response Message fields returned from VISA to the terminal for display and/or printing.

The system validates that the language indicator corresponds to:

Solutions

Incorrect language indicator in the download file.
  1. Correct the language indicator and retain the batch.
  2. Perform a partial download and re-transmit the batch.

The terminal data for this field may be corrupt.

Verify the language indicator in the terminal.

  • If valid, retain the batch and re-transmit.
  • If invalid, correct the language indicator in the terminal and re-transmit.
