RB K15 - Invalid time zone differential/GMT offset

Time Zone Differential/GMT Offset is a three-digit, numeric field used to calculate the local time within the VisaNet authorization system.

This field is calculated by the signing member or processor, providing the standard local time zone differential from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
This field must match the value used in the authorization request.
The information in this field provides the difference of the local time zone from the GMT.
The first-digit position represents the time difference and the offset increment from the GMT.
The second- and third-digit positions represent the magnitude of the time difference.

The system validates that the Time Zone Differential/GMT Offset field corresponds to the following format. The first-digit position should contain one of the codes identified in the following table:

0	Positive, Local Ahead of GMT, offset in hours
1	Negative, Local Time behind GMT, offset in hours
2	Positive, ahead of GMT, offset in 15 minute increments
3	Negative, behind GMT, offset in 15 minute increments
4	Positive, ahead of GMT, offset in 15 minute increments, participating in daylight savings time
5	Negative, behind GMT, offset in 15 minute increments, participating in daylight savings time
6	Positive, ahead of GMT, participating in daylight savings time
7	Negative, behind GMT, participating in daylight savings time
8-9	INVALID CODES

For positions 2-3, magnitude should be the following:

0-12 for hours
0-48 for 15 minute increments

Perform a partial download and re-transmit the batch.

The terminal data for this field may be corrupt.

Verify the time zone differential/GMT offset in the terminal.

If valid, retain the batch and re-transmit.
If invalid, correct the time zone differential/GMT offset in the terminal and re-transmit.
