RB K20 - Invalid travel agency name

Travel Agency Name is a 25-character, alphanumeric field that must contain the travel agency name if the ticket was issued by a travel agency.

The system validates the data type of this field.

Possible Cause

Solution

A transaction has an incorrect or invalid travel agency name.
  1. Delete the transaction that caused the RB.
  2. Offline the corrected transaction and re-transmit.

If the Delete feature is not available, delete the batch, offline corrected transactions, and re-transmit.
