An incorrect trace number my have been entered.

Void the transaction causing the RB.
Re-Enter the transaction with the correct trace number from the original receipt (must be six-digits).
Re-transmit the batch.

For Re-Enter Transactions (Debit, EBT or POS Check):

An incorrect Retrieval Reference number my have been entered.

Void the transaction causing the RB.
Re-Enter the transaction with the correct retrieval reference number from the original receipt (must be 12-characters).
Re-transmit the batch.

POS Partner 2.+ Data capture Batch Error Codes

Prior to adding the line APPLICATION NAME=POS-PARTNER to the VISAPC.INI file, there is no terminal upload history at the PC, but the modem is working as the terminal tries to upload.

Possible Cause	Solution
This usually occurs when the merchant doesn't have enough memory to open files for polling.	Make sure merchant is processing with no less than 66 MegaHertz Processor, and no less than a 486 PC. Try raising locks to 750, reboot, and try again. See the rejection/description information table.

Possible Cause

Solution

Unable to settle the batch because the check-in amounts are off in the Hypercom terminal due to offline check-ins.

The merchant must delete the offline check-ins in the terminal, and then they are able to settle the batch.
You can determine the total amount of the transactions to be deleted by the RB code:
RB 000032 005400HT 637691 <> 1062691
After HT, there is an amount that is subtracted from the amount after the <> symbols. If you subtract these two numbers, you get 4250, which is the total amount of the offline check-ins that must be deleted.
