Viewing the Batch Summary

The Batch Summary displays a summary list of batches for a single day or for a date range. You can access a summary of captured batches by day for an individual store or for a day range up to 31 days––by merchant, store, or terminal.

To access the Batch Summary:

1. Start at the Daily Summary, which is shown in the following figure:

   

2. Click the BIN link.
3. Drill down to the store level using the instructions in Viewing the Store Summary.
4. Click the Capture Amount link.

At this point, you can:

• Change the date to view a summary of batches for a different day.
• Query up to 31 days of captured batch data by merchant, store, or terminal.
• Click any link from the Batch ID column to view the detail for a specific batch.
• Click the Output icon to download or print the summarized list of batches.
