After a merchant is in context, display specific information for that merchant by selecting a tab. An example of the tab bar is shown in the following figure:

Merchant Summary |
Displays general merchant information. It is the default tab and should open when a merchant is in context. See Merchant Summary Tab. |
Work Queue History |
Displays the merchant's work queue, where users can manage, create, schedule, and report on work and action items for the merchant to follow up, track, and resolve issues or tasks. See Using the Work Queue. |
Trending Summary |
Provides reporting of merchant authorizations, captures, chargebacks, and retrievals with the ability to filter by transaction type, date, and statistic type. See Trending Summary. |
Exception Summary / Detail |
Provides reporting of aggregate and scoring information for merchant exceptions. See Exception Summary. |
